Follow the steps below to update the primary administrator contact information associated with your NS1 account. Note that only users with the necessary permissions can edit the account contact information.

In the NS1 Connect portal, click your username in the upper-right corner. From the drop-down menu, select Account Settings > Users & Teams.

Select the Admin Account tab to view the Main Contact Information for the admin user associated with your account. Update the information as needed.

Click Save changes when finished.
