You can view activity specific to an individual zone from the "Activity log" tab on the sidebar of the Zones page. Here, you can see when a zone was created, as well as any updates to the zone.
To view activity for a specific zone, navigate to DNS > Zones.
Then, highlight a zone in the list to view details for that zone in the sidebar. Click the Activity Log tab to view details about when the zone was created, as well as any updates to the zone data.
