Users who have a registered account with NS1 are automatically registered in the NS1 Help Center to track Support tickets. This account is separate from your NS1 portal login and does not share passwords.
Unregistered users can still access NS1 Help Center content without logging in.
Changing your login credentials for the NS1 Help Center does not affect your login credentials for the NS1 portal.
If this is your first time logging into the NS1 Help Center and you have already registered your email to a NS1 Portal login, you will need to use the "Forgot my password" link to access your support portal.
Go to http://help.ns1.com.
Click Sign in in the upper-right corner of the screen.
At the login screen, click Forgot my password.
Enter the same email address that is associated with your NS1 portal login.
Once complete, log into http://help.ns1.com using your email and the password you just created to log into the NS1 Help Center.
