Each IBM NS1 Connect account has defined plan limits that specify the maximum number of incoming queries per month, as well as the total number of records, monitors, and Filter Chains that can be configured for the account. Usage limits vary depending on your account type. You can request an increase to your plan limits by emailing email@example.com.
You can track monthly query usage and other plan limits by clicking your username in the top right corner of the portal and selecting Usage from the dropdown menu.
The Usage page displays four key trackers to compare the current usage statistics to the plan limits set on your account:
Total number of records
Total number of Filter Chain (traffic steering) configurations
Total number of monitors
Total number of incoming queries in the current monthly billing period
The usage data shown does not reflect real-time metrics. Usage information is generated daily at 00:30 UTC.
Contact the customer support team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to request an upgrade to your plan limits.
You can configure usage alerts as the number of incoming queries in the current billing period or the number of records approaches the defined limit.
