Follow the instructions below to update or reset your account credentials.
To update the username associated with your individual account, contact the customer support team.
Hint: If you forgot your username, try your email address.

In the portal, click your username in the top right corner and select Settings > Your Profile.

Enter your current password, and then enter the new password twice to verify the change.

Click Save.
If you forgot your password or are locked out of your account, go to https://my.nsone.net/#/login/reset. Enter your username and click Request Reset. You will receive an email with instructions to update the password.
