Choose one of the following options to reset your password for the NS1 portal.
Option 1: Request a link to create a new password:
- Go to https://my.nsone.net/#/login/reset.
- Enter your username, and click Request Reset. A password reset link will be emailed to you.
Note: If you do not know your username, contact email@example.com from the email address associated with your account.
Option 2: Update your password directly within the NS1 portal:
- Log in to the portal (via https://my.nsone.net).
- Click your username in the upper-right corner, and select Account Settings > Your Profile.
- Update your password information, then click Save.
