The final step to make your NS1 DNS records live is to update your domain registrar with the name servers that will be authoritative for your domain. Make sure you are confident that your zone and its accompanying DNS records are configured properly in your NS1 account, and then follow the instructions below.
Before delegating a zone (i.e., domain) to NS1, you must first create the zone in the NS1 Connect portal. Refer to Create a DNS zone for instructions.
In the NS1 Connect portal, navigate to DNS > Zones.
From the list of zones, click the name of the zone you want to delegate to NS1.
Click the Nameservers tab to view and record the name servers associated with the zone.
Refer to the instructions from your domain registrar to now update the name servers for the domain using the name servers recorded in the previous step.
It may take up to 24 hours for changes to propagate to the public internet.
